9. Lost Packages

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, final determinations regarding lost packages are subject to carrier policies.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
